Whereas Thomas Pendleton plf entred demand against Sampson
Waring for Twelue hundd pownds of Tob. James Dike Attorney of
the plf desyres that James Couers may be examined uppon oath,
touching the sd demand And not being able to make the sd demand
sufficiently appeere, desyres Respite till next Court. And the defendt
requyres a new suite, & dammages for his molestaon, wch was Or-
dered, & granted to him by the Court.
