Francis Anketill recordeth his mark of Cattle &c. (Viz) The
Right eare Cropd, wth a hole in it. The Left eare peeked or Prick
eared.
And whereas the sd ffrancis Anketill haue giuen one Brindled Cow
& calfe to his Yowng Daughter Fayth; & to bee to her use for euer.
The sayd Brindled Cow still keeping the sd Anketills old marke, yett
the calfe is marked contrary to his owne Marke (Viz) The Left eare
Cropd wth a hole & the Right eare peeked or pnckeard. wch he
enters for the marke of his sayd Daughter ffayth.
