appeareth. The Court doth order that the Said debt of five Thou-
sand three hundred thirtie and one pounds of Tobacco and Caske be
Satisfied out of the Estate of the Said Lewis with Cost of Suit,
Provided that the Said Capt Stone make oath at the next Court, that
the Said debt, nor part thereof is not already Satisfied
