But the s^d M^r Ouerzee not appearing yo^r Pet^r humbly craues order
agst the Estate of the s^d M^r Ouerzee for his charge & dammages ac-
cording to an Order of the Prouinciall Court & published to the
intent to preuent such inconueniences, W^ch yo^r Pef certainly knows
the s^d M^r Ouerzee could not be ignorant of, The premises considered
yo^r poore Pet^r humbly craues Order agst the s^d M^r Ouerzees Estate,
Or to be directed agst whom yo^r Pet^r ought iustly to requyre eyther
according to Law, or good Conscience.
The s^d M^r Symon Ouerzee dying (in a manner) sodenly, not

traon. And That Order mentioned in the Pet" read & perused.

The humble Petⁿ of Richard Wright Merch^t Sheweth That Rich-
ard Lee Carpenter stands indebted to yo^r Pet^r by acc^t 1200^l Tob &
Cask And 25 dayes worke to Charles Carpainter, whom yo^r Pet^r is
impowred by to sue him the s^d Lee. And yo^r Pet^r further Sheweth
That hee agreed w^th the s^d Richard Lee for the building of an howse
the 23^th of Septem^r 1658, as by the s^d Agreem^t appeareth, & th^t the s^d
Lee hath not p^eformed his Couen^t in th^t agreem^t to yo^r Pet^rs dammage
of 2000^l Tob, yo^r Pet^r therefore most humbly desyres the s^d Lee may
bee to satisfy him his acc^t, & dammages afores^d, & hee
shall pray &c :
