himselfe. It is therfore Ordered by the Board th^t Will^m Gilford (hee
consenting therto) take the s^d Daniel Browne into his tuition &
Care, And th^t the Commis^rs of Caluert County prouide for the satis-
faction of the s^d Gilford, out of their County, for his care taking,
trouble & meintenance of the s^d Daniel Browne as afores^d.
I Richard Preston doe giue unto Daniel Browne towards the
releife of his necessity One hund^d pownds of Tob. to be p^d uppon
demand. Allso I haue gyueⁿ him the s^d Browne I shirt, I p^r shooes,
I p^r stockins, & I p^r of Canuase Drawers Aprill 7^th 1659.

Whereas Cap^t Will^m ffuller, Richard Mosse, Will^m Cole, & Anne
Couell haue refused to deliuer in uppon Oath, the accounts of cer-
taine Estates belonging to Orphans, wherew^th they are possessed as is
certifyed unto this Prouinciall Court, from the County Court of
Annarundel holden for th^t County io^th of Aprill 1659.
It is Ordered th^t the Commis" of the s^d County of Anarundell
shall take the s^d Estates from out the hands or posses⁰ of the s^d Cap^t
Will^m ffuller Richard Mosse, Will^m Cole & Anne Couell, refusing
to giue in acc^t uppon oath, & conforme themselfes to the gouerm^t &
Lawes of this Prouince in th^t Case prouided: & secure & putt the
same into others hands or posses", for the use & benefitt of the s^d
Orphans, for whom the s^d Cap^t W^m ffuller Rich: Mosse, W^m Cole, &
Anne Couell were intrusted as afores^d: And it is further Ordered th^t
All & euery p^eson or p^esons w^th in the County of Anarundell afores^d
possessed & intrusted w^th any such Estate or Estates belonging to
Orphans, & refuse to comply w^th, & fullfill the Acts of Assembly of
this prouince made, & not giue in an account uppon Oath of such
Estates, as afores^d, when lawfully requyred soe to doe; shall bee
uncapable of possessing or reteyning any such Estate or Estates,
uppon such their refusall: And to that end the Commis^rs of the s^d
County shall or may dispossesse such person or p^esons of such Estate
uppon such refusall as afores^d, & dispose thereof into some others
hands or possesⁿ for the benefitt of such Orphans, as to them shall
seeme fitt & conuenient.
And it is also further Ordered th^t the Commis^rs of Anarundell
County afores^d passe fines uppon such p^eson or p^esons soe refusing
to giue in Acc^t uppon Oath, when lawfully summoned or requyred
therto as afores^d.
