Command yo^u That by the Oathes of Twelue good & lawfull men of
yo^r County yo^u cause to bee extended & appraysed the Land belonging
to Co^ll ffrancis Yardley att Portoback deceased, W^ch Thomas Corne-
waleys Esq^r att Our Prouinciall Court held the second day of March
1658 att S^t Maries, in satisfaction of a Debt of fiue thowsand pownds
of Tob & Cask due from the s^d Yardley, recouered agst Job Chandler
Esq^r & Symon Ouerzee Gentⁿ, present possesso^rs of the s^d Land,
deryuing Tytle thereto from the Relict of the s^d Co^ll yardley De-
ceased, And the Extent & Appraysm^t w^ch yo^u shall thereon make
Cause to be signifyed to Our Prouinciall Court to bee held in Caluert
County the 20^th day of Aprill next, under thy Seale, & the Seales of
them by whose Oathes the s^d Inquisition thou shallt make, And haue

the unfayned loue & affection, th^t I beare unto M^rs Jane Moryson late
Wife of Robert Moryson of the County of Kecoughtan in the
Prouince of Virginia gentⁿ deceased. And easpecially in Consider-
aon of Matrimony intended p^esently (by gods grace) to be solemnized
