Memoranduⁿ whereas Thomas Gerard Esq^r commenced suite agst
M^r Richard Willan, & M^r James Lindsey concerning his interest to
Snowhill. And Philip Caluert Esq^r concerned in th^t suite (the busi-
nes being long time discussed) Appealing to his L^op. Their pleas &
allegaons are not here inserted (as it ought but are referred to an-
other place hereafter: By reason the busines being to be sent home

The humble Petⁿ of John Hamilton in behalfe of the Orphanes of
Richard More Deceased. Humbly Sheweth That yo^r Pet^r being to
the s^d Orphanes of the s^d Richard More deceased Gwardia" & hauing
the stock of the s^d Orphans in his possesⁿ One Sampson Waring
Attorney for John Browne brought a specialty of the s^d Mores into
Court. And obteyning Order uppon the same Serued an Exequuon
uppon Two of the s^d Orphanes Cattle (yo^r Pef not knowing thereof)
to the great damrnage of the s^d Orphanes.
In tender consideraon whereof yo^r Pet^r humbly prayeth yo^r hon^rs
to reuoake the s^d Order soe surreptitiously obteyned as afores^d, &
Order th^t the s^d Waring restore the s^d cattle to yo^r Pet^r & he shall
pray &c :
