And the Gouerno^e dissolued the Court.

Assignment

Whereas Will^m Assiter & Thomas Diniard standeth bownd for
mee unto Will^m Euans for the paym^t of Three Thowsand pownds of
Tob & Cask, And that the fores^d Assiter & Diniard may bee the
better secured from the s^d Debt I Rob^t Thomas doe by these p^ents
bind & make ouer unto the fores^d Will^m Assiter & Thomas Diniard
all my whole Estate in generall, That is to say Eight head of Cattle,
hoggs, & Tobaccho that is now my Estate att p^ent, & whatsoeu^e shall
be mine hereafter, Vntill the s^d Tobacho be payd, & the fores^d Assiter
& Diniard discharged. Then the fores^d Estate to returne to mee &
not before. As wittnes my hand the 13^th day of Nouemb^r Ano
1658
