afores^d Thomas Allen, haue Sold unto Henry Potter all th^e parcell
of Land, w^ch was formerly Thomas Allens the elder, Lying in S^t
Michaels hund^d in the Prouince of Maryland. And further Wee the
s^d Thomas & Will^m Allen doe sell & make ouer all Our Rights, Tytle
& interest of all th^t Land, Plantaon, howsing whatsoeuer belonging
unto o^r ffather Thomas Allen for euer, unto the s^d Henry Potter,
his heyres, Exequuto^rs, & Admistrato^rs foreuer. And is for a Cer-
taine summe of Tob, w^ch wee the sayd Thomas Allen, & Will^m Allen
haue the greatest part in hand receiued, And for the true performance
wee haue hereunto sett Our hands.

I doe acknowledge to haue receaued of Henry Potter, the summe
of Two Thousand, Two hundred Thirty fiue pownds of Tob. &
Cask in full satisfaction for th^t parcell of Land, belonging to me
Thomas Allen, & Will^m Allen my Brother, Lying & being in S^t
Michaels hund^d otherwise called the Lower end of the Towne, ffor
w^ch summe of Tob. I doe quite all claimes & interests, rights & tytles
whatsoeu^e in the same about the sayd Land. In wittnes whereof I
haue hereunto sett my hand the day aboue dated.
