this Instruction, & to remember this is the last time, this will be
repeated to you: You are likewise to transmit over a Verbatim Copy
of one of the Agreements with the Collectors of the Quit Rents.
An Instruction to our trusty & well Beloved Saml Ogle Esqr &ca
viz.
Whereas several Inconveniencys may arise, in any one being
appointed Clerk of any of the Countys contrary to the Approbation
of our Govor for the time being, Tis my will & Pleasure tht you
acquaint the Secretary tht for the future no one be appointed for
the sd Offices but with your approbation & consent.
Given at London this 22d of Febry 1738/9 & in the 24th year of
our Dominion under our hand & lesser Seal at Arms.
