Tullies Neck in Queen Anns County praying that a Bill may be
brought in to Erect a Bridge at the Expence of the County from
Tullies Neck over the Beaver dams and Branch to Choptank Neck, or
Upper part of Tockahoe Neck; Referred to the Consideration of the
Lower House; the above Petitions Sent by Col. Tilghman
Adjourned till to Morrow Morning Eight of the Clock.

This House met again according to Adjournment
Present as Yesterday Except Col Ward
Read the second Time, the Bill Entituled an Act to Impower the
Inhabitants of Ann Arundell and Prince Georges County to make
the main Branch of the River Patuxent Navigable above Queen Ann
Town in Prince Georges County aforesaid, and with the following
Amendments will pass, One half of the Penalty to the Informer, and
the other halfe to be paid or Accounted for to the County Justices,
and by them applyed for the benefit of such person or persons, as
shall appear to them to have Cleared, or to be Concerned at their
own Expence in Clearing Such River, And the Words, for the
Several Petitioners afd or other, in 25th Line, and the Words, as
prayed by the Petitioners afd in 26th Line to be left out, and the
Temporary Clause to be Omitted, Sent by John Hall Esqr
