every year after the first year Sixty Pounds, Resolved in the Affirma-
tive.
The Question was put that the Clerk be Allowed Sixty pounds p
Annum for every year after the first year, Resolved in the Affirma-
tive.
Resolved that Lawyers be paid in Paper Money Allowing Ten
Shillings p Cent for Tobacco if the fee be paid in Money the same
Court the Action be finished.
The House Adjourns untill to Morrow Morning Eight of the
Clock.

Tobo on the Taxable Inhabitants of St Stephens Parish in Cecil
County &ca Read & Assented to And sent to the Upper House with
the paper Bill by Collo Herman and Mr Wood.
Mr Attorney from the Upper House Delivered to Mr Speaker the
following Message. [This message is printed at page 35.]

head of Monokin River &ca was read & Assented to and sent to the
Upper House with the Paper bill, by Mr Caldwell and Mr Alien
The Question was put that the House agree to the Alteration of the
Commissioners and Clerks Sallery from Sixty pounds to Eighty
pounds Resolved in the Affirmative
