Speaker the following Report
By the Committee of Aggrievances March 28th 1733.
It's humbly Offered by your Committee as an Aggrievance, that
any Sherriff should be Allowed to Charge any Person with Committ-
ments that is ready when called in Court, with Bail, before Com-
mitment is Ordered against him; And wherein he has given a Bail
Bond on being Arrested :
All which is Submitted to the Consideration of the House.

Ordered that the Committee of Laws prepare a Bill to redress the
Aggrievance.
The Bill Entituled an Act for regulating the Militia &c. was read
the Second time, & Indorsed; Will pass, with the Amendments pro-
posed by the Conferees of both Houses, Sent to the Upper House by
Collo Gale and four more.
A Bill Entituled an Act for Erecting a Town near the head of
Monokin River on the South side thereof in Somerset County and
for laying into Lotts 25 Acres of Land Read the first and second
time by Especial Order and passed. And sent to the Upper House
by Capn Dashields & Mr Caldwell.
A Bill Entituled an Act reviving an Act Entituled an Act for the
speedy and Effectual Publication of the Laws of this Province and
for the Encouragement of William Parks of the City of Annapolis
Printer Was read the first and second time by an Especial Order and
passed And sent to the Upper House by Mr Beale and Majr Jordan.
