George Plater Esqr from the Upper House Delivered to Mr
Speaker a Bill Entituled an Act for regulating Ordinaries &c.
Indorsed. Read a Second time and Will pass, the word, Seven,
instead of three, being incerted.
The following Message, [This message is printed at page 15.]
Sent to the Upper House with the Bill Entituled an Act for regu-
lating of Ordinaries &c. by Capn Dashields and Mr Middleton.
The House Adjourns untill Two of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Post Merediem,
The House met according to Adjournment &c.
A Bill Entituled an Act to Continue the Process & Proceedings
in the Provincial Court and County Courts and for Trial of Capital
Offences at the Next Provincial Court to be held the third Tuesday
of May next was read the first time.
On reading the said Bill the second time; The Question was put
that the said Bill pass without Amendment,
Resolved in the Affirmative.
