Which Bill was read here and Ordered to lye on the Table. Collo Belt from the Committee of Aggrievances Delivered to Mr Speaker the following Report. By the Committee of Aggrievances March 23d 1732. It [is] humbly offered by your Committee as an Aggrievance that the Justices of Talbot County Court contrary to Law take upon	L. H. J. Lib. No. 45
	themselves to make five returnable Courts instead of four in one Year, for they Adjourn their March Court to some time in Aprill & make Writts returnable to that Adjourned Court by which Means Several of the Inhabitants are sued and Burthened with Charges that would not Otherwise be: All which is Submitted to the Considera- tion of the House. The Question was put that all handicraft Men, or Men otherwise of Ability of Body not Complying with their Debts make Restitu- tion by Service Except those Excepted by the Act.
