in Prince Georges County praying leave to lay the Town out a New
Read and leave given to bring in a Bill as prayed.
The Petition of Several Inhabitants of Cecil County praying
leave to bring in a Bill to lay out a Town on Pennington's Point read
& Granted according to Prayer.
The Petition of Anthony Parker, Cleborn Lomax and Patrick
Reily Prisoners in Charles County Goal read & Granted.
A Bill Entituled an Act for regulating Ordinaries and for the
better regulating of Ordinary Keepers and Inn-holders within this
Province, was read the first time & Ordered to Lye on the Table.
The House Adjourns untill to Morrow Morning Eight of the
Clock.

for Ingrossing.
Benjamin Tasker Esqr from the Upper House Delivered to Mr
Speaker a Petition of Williams Parks, A Petition of John Welsh
both Indorsed. Recommended to this House And a Petition of sev-
eral Inhabitants of Somerset County Indorsed. Referred to the
Consideration of this House.
