Provinciall and County Courts and to Enlarge the Time for Takeing
out Executions.
An Ingrossed Bill Entitulled an Act to Enlarge the time for Ship-
ping Tobo this present year were Severally read and assented to and
Sent to the Uper House with the paper Bill by Mr Kennard and
Mr Hall.
George Plater Esqr from the Upr House Delivers the Journalls
of Accounts and following Messuage [See page 430.]
The Question was put whether a Messuage shall be Sent to the
Upr House to Propose that the Councillors allowances Since the
laying the Last Publick Levy shall be Incerted in the Journall of
Accounts Resolved in the Affirmative.
