	The House met according to Adjournment. The Members were Called Over, all present as yesterday Except Mr Dulany Mr Hemsley and Captn Wright. Col Ward a Representative of Cecil County Appeared this morning. The Bill Entituled an Explanatory Act of the Act Entituled an Act to Encourage Adventurers in Iron works Read and passed with amendment for Ingrossing. Mr Webb agreed to print the Votes of the Lower House of Assembly this Session at the usuall Allowance The Question was put whether any Larger Sum than two Shillings and Six pence be proposed to the Lord Proprietor in Lieu of his Quit Rents and Alienation fines or not resolved in the Negative
