Mr Speaker and the rest of the Members returned. Mr Speaker
Reassumed the Chair. Mr Speaker Communicated to the House
the following answer from the Lord Proprietary [See page 406.]
The House Adjourns till to Morrow Morning at 9 a Clock.

The House met According to Adjournment all Present as Yes-
terday, Mr Sheredine and Mr Hambleton two Representatives of
Baltimore County Appeared in the House this Morning, Capt.
Johnson and Mr Wood Two Representatives of Cecil County ap-
peared in the House this Morning Major Sprigg a Representative
of Prince Georges County Appeared in the House this Morning.
The Several Rules of Last Session Agreed to be Observed this
Session. The Severall Commees Appointed last Session, Continued '
this Session.
The Following Message. [See page 407.]
Sent to the Upper House by Mr Denton and Mr Sheredine.

April 21

Colo Hooper and Mr Trippe Two Representatives of Dorchester
County Appeared this Morning. Mr George Mr Key and Mr
Richard Francis Appointed to draw an Address to the Govr on his
Speech.
Mr Warfeild Ordered to Acquaint The Rev. Mr Humphry's this
House desires him to Read Divine Services at Seven of the Clock
in the Morning and at Six in the Afternoon during the Session.

Mr Key Brings in the Following Address to his Excellency.
Collo Hammond from the Upper House Delivers a Petition of
Isaac Nicholls of Dorchester County, Praying leave to bring in a
Bill to Cut off the Entail of a Tract of Land lying in said County
Called Andertons Point and to Entail Other Lands in lieu thereof
&c. Indorsed Recommended to the Consideration of the Lower
House of Assembly which was here Read and leave given to Bring in
a Bill as Prayed.

Mr Key brings in the Address to the Covr Ingrossed. On Motion

of a Member to bring in a Reviving Bill to the Act for the Speedy
recovery of small Debts out of Court before a Single Justice of the
Peace, leave Given Accordingly.
Mr Denton brings in a Bill Entituled an Act Reviving and Con-
tinueing an Act of Assembly Entituled an Act for the Speedy
recovery of small Debts out of Court before a Single Justice of the
Peace which was read the first time and Ordered to lye on the Table.
On Motion leave given to Bring in a Bill for Payment of all Pub-
lick and County Allowances in Current Money of this Province.
