We beg Leave to express Our sincere thanks for your Excellencys
kind Speech, and Our grateful Joy on the Receipt of his Lordships
most affectionate Answer to the late joint Address of both Houses :
As the subject Matter of that Address, so nearly affected the welfare
of this Province, as his Lordships Assurances are so full of a tender
Concern and just Inclinations for the Ease and Happiness of his
Tenants, We should make a very undeserved and ill Return to his
Lordships great Goodness, if we did not preserve a strict Regard
to his Lordships just Rights Honour and Government
