Ordered that Coll^o Gale bring in a Bill to Enable the Justices of
the Provincial Court to send for all Necessary Books that are want-
ing for the use of the said Court.
The Bill Entituled an Act, for the further Assessment of Twenty
Thousand pounds of Tobacco in the Taxable Inhabitants of Durham
