Tobacco plants &c. Read the Second time, passed, and Sent to the
Upper House by Col Ward and M^r Hall.
The Bill Entituled an Act reviving and Continueing an Act of
Assembly Entituled an Act, for the speedy recovery of Small Debts
&c. read second time past and Sent to the Upper House by M^r
