Gauge of Tobacco hogsheads and to prevent cutting croping and de-
facing Tobacco taken on board Ships and Vessels upon freight and to
prevent making seconds; passed with the following Amendmts in
the last Line of the first Page instead of the Words, the last Day
of August, put, the first Day of October, and the Words; One
Moiety thereof to the Use of the Lord Proprietary and the Other
Moiety; in the 3d Page to be left out, in Page 7th the Words; One
Moiety thereof to the Use of the Lord Proprietary and the Othei
Moiety; to be left out the Proviso in the 8th Page to be omitted, in

10h Line of 9th Page the Words, the End of this present Sessior
of Assembly, to be left out and the following Words inserted, after
