contstant and uninterrupted Practise of the Legislature of this Prov-
ince thought it absolutely necessary to pass a Bill for his Relief and as
the Bill proposed by this house would not pass your house, and that
We think it a Matter of the Greatest Importance to the Inhabitants
of this Province, & that a Refusal to grant such Relief will be highly
prejudicial to the Estates of many fair Purchasers this house there-
fore prays Your Honours will appoint some Members of your House
to conferr with some of this on the subject Matter proposed by the
said Bill
