A Bill from the Lower house by Mrs Ward & Hanson Entituled
an Act ascertaining the Gauge of Tobacco hogsheads and to prevent
cutting croping and defacing Tobacco taken on board Ships and
Vessels upon freight and to prevent making seconds thus Endorsed
