the Paper Bill Entituled an Act for Licencing Hawkers and Ped-
lers and the Paper Bill Entituled an Act for Raising A Duty of
three pence p Hogshead for Arms & Ammunition Severally In-
dorsed. The Ingrossed Bill whereof this is the Original is Read
and Assented to.

Ordered that Mr Dulany Prepare an Address to the Governour
to request his kind Offices with the Lord Propry in Representing the
State of the People of this Province in the Payment of their Quit
Rents.
