	The Question was put, That this House Agree to the Amendments proposed by the Upper House to the Bill Entituled An Act ascertain- ing the Gauge Tare of Tobacco Hogsheads &c. Resolved in the Negative. The House Adjourns until Two of the Clock in the afternoon Tuesday Post Meridiem The House met according to Adjournment &c. Ordered that Mr Speaker Issue his Warrant Directed to the Secre- tary of this Province to make Out New Writ of Election to Elect a Member to Serve in this Assembly in the Room of Mr Thomas Waughop Deceased. On some Proposals brought into this House by Col Gale the Question was put that this House Make proposals to the Lord Pro- prietor to Farm the Quit Rents hereafter to be due to him from the Inhabitants of this Province Resolved Accordingly. George Plater Esqr from the Upper House Delivers Mr Speaker the Paper Bill Entituled an Act for Naturalization. Indorsed Read And passed for Ingroseing and the Ingrossed Bill Entituled as Aforesaid Indorsed. Read And Assented to by the Upper House of Assembly. 	Lord Baltimore about farming the Rents, it shall be proposed to Charge Tobacco with any Further Duty for that Purpose or not Resolved in the Negative.	p. 559
