whether the Officers Fees (Mencond in the Report of the Committee
of Accounts Yesterday) being Charged According to the Regulation
Made by the Lord propry be allowed or not. Resolved in the Affir-
mative.
Resolved that altho this House Looks Upon Those Fees so Es-

tablished to be too high yet for the prevention of Any Dispute which
may retard the Dispatch of the Publick Business This Present Ses-
sion, the same Accounts be allowed by the Committee Accordingly,
always Saving to the Members of this House & the People they
Represent and their Posterity, all their Rights & Priveledges what-
soever & Protesting that those Rights & Priveledges shall not nor
Ought to be hurt Prejudiced or Lessned by This House Consenting
to allow those Accounts so Charged.
The Bill Entituled an Act Impowering the Rector Vestrymen &
Church Wardens of King & Queen Parish In St. Marys County &c
Read & with the Amendments proposed by the Upper House Passed
for Engrossing.
The Petition of the Vestry and Others of Durham parish in
Charles County Read and Refered to the Consideration of the Next
