Your Committee have Carefully Examined Some Accounts of
Officers Fees Claimed from the Publick, find the same to be Charged
According to The Regulation of Fees Established by the Right
Honble the Lord Propty and Published by his Proclamation Under
the Great Seal of this Province Dated the 14th Day of April Seven-
teen Hundred and Thirty three, therefore Desire the Directions of
the House whether the same Fees so Charged shall be Allowed by
Your Committee or not.

Upon Reading which report the Question was put whether the
Secretarys Fees in that Report Mencon'd being Charged According
to the Regulation Made by the Lord Propry be Allowed by the said
Committee or not Resolved in the Negative.
