The Petition of John Tilden and Others being heard at the Bar,
Leave is given to bring in a Bill According to Prayer.
Philip Lee Esqr from the Upper House Delivers Mr Speaker the
Bill Entituled an Act to Confirm the Last Will and Testament of
Rebecca Calvert &c. Indorsed Read by the Upper House the second
time and will pass. Which Bill was Read here and passed In-
grossing.

The Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act to Cut of the Entail of two
Tracts of Land Lying in Baltimore County the One Called Morning
Choice &c. Read and assented to and sent to the Upper House with
the Paper Bill, by Col Hooper and Col. Belt.
The Bill Entituled an Act for Naturalization was Read the second
time, and Indorsed with the following Amendments will pass.

Sent to the Upper House by Mr George & Mr Stoddart
A Bill Entituled an Act Concerning Ordinarys and for the better
Regulating of Ordinary Keepers and Inn boulders within this Prov-
ince. Read the first and second Time by Especial Order Passed and
Sent to the Upper House by Mr Key and Three More.
Col Hanson from the Committee of Elections and Priviledges De-
livers Mr Speaker the following Report.

We the Committee having Examined the Indentures of Capt
Thomas Waughop Mr Justinian Jordan Mr Philip Key and Mr John
Read Members Returned for St Marys County do find them Duly
Elected.
We have also Examined the Indentures of Capt Thomas Woolford
Col Henry Hooper Mr James Brown and Mr Henry Trippe members
Returned for Dorchester County and find them duly Elected.
We have also Examined the Indentures of Robert Gordon Esqr
a Member Returned for the City of Annapolis and find him Duly
Elected.
All which we Submitt to the House
We have also Examined the Indentures of Richard Francis Esqr
a Member Returned for the City of Annapolis and find him Duly
Elected, which we submitt to the House.
