the Table.
A Bill Entituled an Act to prevent the Exportation of Furrs,
Skinns, Wool, and Feathers Out of this Province, into Any Neigh-
bouring Colonies and to Restrain and Regulate Pedlars & Hawkers.
Read the first time and Ordered to Lie on the Table.
The House Adjourns untill to Morrow Morning Nine of the
Clock.

Fryday Morning April 11, 1735.

April 11

The House met According to Adjournment the Members called
Over and all present as Yesterday the Proceedings of Yesterday were
Read Over.
The Bill Entituled an Act for Relieving Sundry Inhabitants of this
Province from the Charges of Prosecution, for not burning To-
bacco &c. Read a Second time passed and sent to the Upper House
by Mr Key and Col. Hanson.

of Rebecca Calvert Widow Deceased &c Read a Second Time
passed and Sent to the Upper House by Capt Gordon and Mr Tilgh-
man.

The House met According to Adjournment.
The Members called Over and all present as Yesterday Except
Mr Hammond. The Proceedings of yesterday were Read Over
Richard Francis Esqr a Returned Member for the City of An-
napolis appeared in the House this Morning.
Capt Gordon And Mr Warfield sent to the Upper House to see
him Qualified. They Return and Acquaint Mr Speaker they saw
him Qualified by his taking the Several Oaths to the Government
Required by Law and by Signing the Oaths and by Repealing and
Signing the Test.

Michael Howard Esqr from the Upper House Delivers Mr Speaker
the Paper Bill Entituled an Act for the Explaining and Carrying into
Execution an Act Entituled an Act for Laying Out and applying
three Thousand five Hundred Pounds &c. Endorsed. The Ingrossed
Bill, Whereof this is the Original, is Read and assented to.
