ber to Serve in this Assembly in the Room of Richard Francis Esq
whose Election is Decleared Illegal.
The House Adjourns until to Morrow Morning nine of the Clock

The House Met According to Adjournment. The Members
called Over and all present as Yesterday the Proceedings of Yester-
day were Read Over.
The Petition of the freeholders of St Marys County Complain
ing of an Undue Election being heard and the previous Questior
being determined. The Question was put whether the late Election
for St Marys County was Legal or not Resolved in the Affirmative
The House Adjourns Until Monday Morning Nine of the Clock

Monday Morning April 7th 1735

The House met according to Adjournment The Members called
over and all present as on Saturday Except Mr Read the Proceeding:
of Saturday were Read Over.
The Bill Entituled an Act for the Explaining and Carrying intc
Execution an Act Entituled an Act for Laying out and applying
Three Thousand five Hundred pounds Current Money to the Use;
therein Mentioned read and passed for Ingrossing.
The Address to the Kings Most Excellent Majesty Signed by the
Speaker, in behalfe of the House, Sent to the Upper House by Col
Gale and William Stoughton Esqr
Mr Wright being Sick hath leave to go home.
The House adjourns until two of the Clock in the Afternoon.

and the Amendments proposed by the Upper House, not being
agreed to, Will not pass.
An Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act for the Explaining and Carry
ing into Execution an Act Entituled an Act for Laying out and
applying three Thousand five Hundred Pounds &c. Read and As
sented to And sent to the Upper House with the Paper Bill, by M
Denton & Mr Hawkins
A Supplementary Act to the Act Entituled an Act for Quietting
Possessions, Enrolling Conveyances And Securing the Estates of
Purchassers. Read the First Time and Ordered to Lie on the Table
