The House Met According to Adjournment
The Members called over and all present as yesterday, The Pro-
ceedings of yesterday were read over. The House Adjourns untill
two of the Clock in the afternoon.

Wednesday Post Meridiem,
The House met according to Adjournment &c.
The Petition of the Vestry and other Inhabitants of Durham
Parish praying Leave to bring in a bill to Levy twenty thousand
Pounds of Tobacco towards finishing a Church Read and Ordered
a Bill be brought in According to Prayer
A Petition of Daniel Fonerod a Native of Switzerland praying
Leave to bring in a bill for his Naturalization. Read and Leave
given Accordingly.

A Bill Entituled an Act for the Naturalization of Leonard
Decausse A Native of Switzerland Now an Inhabitant of Ann Arun-
dell County in Maryland, Read the first and Second time by an
Especial Order and Passed.
A Bill entituled an Act for the Naturalization of Daniel Fonerd
a Native of Switzerland now an Inhabitant of Ann Arundell County
in Maryland. Read the first and second Time by an Especial Order
and passed.
The House Adjourns Until to Morrow Morning nine of the Clock.

Over and all present as Yesterday the Proceedings of Yesterday
were Read Over.
The Question was put whether the Oath of a Person who at Any
Election Swears himself to have such a Visible Estate as the Law
requires to Qualify him for a Voter, is Conclusive Evidence to En-
