Undue Election in Dorchester County. Read and Ordered An
Hearing on Munday Sev'nnight and that the Sherriff and his
Deputys have Notice to Attend.
Mr Thomas Gough Appointed Clerk Assistant to the Committee
of Laws.
A Petition of William Cromwell praying Leave to bring in a
Bill to Cut of the Entail of a Tract of Land called Bear Neck and
to Settle Other Lands in Lieu thereof. Read and ordered an Hear-
ing thereon on Saturday Sev'nnight at the Bar of this House

Prius and Goal Delivery and Provincial Court; and to Continue the
Process and Proceedings in some of the County Courts within this
Province; and to Enlarge the time for taking Out Executions; Read

A Petition of Capt William Rogers, Praying an allowance for
his Service done in assisting in the Paper Currency office Read and
Ordered he be allowed Fifty Pounds Current Money.

Read the second Time by an Especial Order passed and Sent to
the Upper House by Col Gale & Col. Hooper.
A Bill Entituled an Act for the Explaining and Carrying into
Execution an Act Entituled an Act for Laying Out And applying
Three Thousand five Hundred Pounds Current Money of Maryland
to the Uses therein Mentioned, Read the first Time and Ordered to
Lie on the Table.
A Bill Entituled an Act for Regulating of Ordinary Keepers and
Inn holders within this Province. Read the first Time and Ordered
to Lie on the Table.
Mr Dulany Ordered to prepare an Address to the Governour on
his Letter to this House Inclosing a Plan of a House to be Built
for the Governour. Sent from England.
The House Adjourns Until to Morrow Morning Nine of the
Clock.

Saturday Morning March 29th 1735.


The House met According to Adjournment. The Members
Called Over and all present as Yesterday Except Mr Warfield.
The Proceedings of Yesterday were Read Over.
