Twenty Thousand Pounds of Tobacco to finish their Church And

the Petition of the Vestry and Others the Inhabitants of Durham
Parish praying Leave to bring in A Bill to Enlarge their Parish Out
of Port Tobacco Parish after the Death of the Present Incumbent
referred here from the Upper House.
The House adjourns Until Two of the Clock in the afternoon

The House met According to Adjournment &c.
The Bill Entituled an Act for Continuing the Process and Pro-
ceedings of some of the County Courts within this Province, and to
Enlarge the time for Taking out Executions. Read the second
time by an Especial Order and Committed for Amendments.
Ordered that a Bill be brought in to regulate Ordinarys And to
Prevent Tipling Houses.
Ordered that a Bill be brought in to Regulate Pedlars.
The Question was put that a Bill be brought in to prevent the
bringing of Horses Mares, Colts, and Fillies into this Province.
Resolved in the Negative.
