A Bill from the Lower House by M^rs Key and Courts Entituled
an Act to Enable Vatchel Denton late Clerk of the Provincial Court
to record and enter up the proceedings of that Court which were
omitted to be done during his Continuance in the said office and
to require and direct the Justices of the several County Courts within
this province to lay a State of the order and Condition the Records
and Proceedings of the said Courts are in before the next General
Assembly
