This House upon Consideration of the Bill entituled an Act ascer-
taining the Gauge and Tare of Tob^o hh^ds and to prevent cropping
cutting & defacing Tob^o taken on board Ships & Vessels &c. sent
to your Honours this Sessions to which you proposed some Amend^mts
find that the Allowance for the Cask (which was intended to be pro-
vided for in that Bill) is already Established by a perpetual Law
now in force and conceiving that it is very necessary to prevent the
