Upon reading the Petition of William Rogers herewith sent we
have thought proper to allow him the sum of fifty pounds Current
mony to be paid by the Treasurer of the Western Shoar with which
we desire your Honour's Concurrence

of the Law upon Conviction of Persons committing Nusances in the
high Roads or County Roads by erecting Fences or Gates therein
ordered to be so Endorsed & Sent to the Lower House by Benjamin
Tasker Esqr
The following message is sent to the Lower House by Col Ward.
