Read the petition of John Mawdesly of Prince Georges County
one of the Securitys for Peter Hoggens Admr of Gunder Erickson
deceased praying that in Case the said Hoggins should be Released
from his Confinement in Prince Georges County Goal by the Bill
now Depending for the Release of Insolvent Debtors, he as Security
for the said Hoggins may be made Unanswerable upon Account of
the said Admstration Ordered to lye on the Table.
Read the petition of the Reverend Mr Jacob Henderson as Attorney
in fact for the Reverend Mr Peter Tustian praying to be heard against
the Inserting in the Bill for Relief of Insolvent Debtors a Certain
Jerome Plummer prisoner in Prince Georges County Goal, Granted
A Bill from the Lower House by Mr Dulany and five more En-
tituled an Act for Emitting and making Current Seventy two Thou-
sand Pounds Current money of Maryland in Bills of Credit thus
Endorsed
