Read the Second Time the bill entituled an Act for regulating of
Ordinaries and for the better regulating of Ordinarie Keepers &
Inn holders within this Province and with the following Amend-
ments will pass Page 2d line 12th between whatsoever & by put in
Current of this Province in Page 3d Line 2d the words the same
be left out Page 4th line 3d between security & in, put payable by
Bond or Recognizance to the Right Honourable the Lord Proprie-
tary his Heirs or Successors Page 11th line 7th insert the following
paragraph and be it further enacted by the Authority afsd that if any
Ordinarie Keeper within this Province without License from their
respective masters & Mistresses shall harbour, Entertain, or Sell
any Liquors to any Servt belonging to any Person within this
