Read the Second Time the bill entituled an Act for the Preserva-
tion of the harbours within this Province and for repealing the Act
therein mentioned and with the following Amendments will pass in
the Line of 3^d Side instead of the words the owner or owners
of such Place or Places be put such Person or Persons as shall have
obtained a right from his L^d ship & in the 8^th Line of the 4^th Page
between the Words Enacted, & that, insert by the Authority afore-
said
