Read the Second Time the bill entituled an Act for the Preserva-
tion of the harbours within this Province and for repealing the Act
therein mentioned and with the following Amendments will pass in
the Line of 3d Side instead of the words the owner or owners
of such Place or Places be put such Person or Persons as shall have
obtained a right from his Ld ship & in the 8th Line of the 4th Page
between the Words Enacted, & that, insert by the Authority afore-
said
