By the Lower House of Assembly 31 March 1735
May it please your Honours
We herewith send a bill entituled an Act for the Explaining and
carrying into Execution an Act for laying out and applying three
thousand five Hundred Pounds Current Mony of Maryland for the
uses therein mentioned; and have left a blank therein for such
fersons of your House as you shall think proper to be added to the
members of this House for executing the Trusts therein mentioned

Col Ward sent to the lower House to acquaint the Speaker his
Excellency requires his Attendance with the whole house to see the
Bill passed both Houses this Session Entituled an Act to adjourn
the Courts of Assize, nisi prius, & Goal Delivery, Provincial Court
and to continue the Process and Proceedings in some of the County

Executions; Receive the Assent.
The whole House attend and by their Speaker present to his Ex-
cellency the aforementioned Act; which was signed by his Excel-

and assented to on behalf of the right honourable the Lord Pro-
prietary of this Province
Adjourned till to morrow morning nine of the Clock

Read the Petition of William Douglass & Mary his wife praying
Leave to bring in a Bill to cut of the Entail of two Tracts of Land
in Baltimore County one called Morning Choice, the other called
Morning's Choice Addition and to Settle other Lands in Cecil
County of equal Value in lieu thereof and referred to the Considera-
tion of the Lower House of Assembly sent by Col Ward
Adjourned untill two of the Clock in the Afternoon
