punishment of Certain Offenders Ordered to be laid upon the Table.
Read the first time the Bill Entituled an Act for laying out the
Town a new called Marlboro Town in Prince Georges County and for
Ascertaining the Bounds thereof, Ordered to lye on the Table.
An Engrossed Bill from the Lower House by Mrss Crabb and
Alien Entituled an Act to Continue the process and proceedings in
the provincial Court and County Courts for Tryal of Capital Offences
at the next Provincial Court to be held the third Tuesday in May
next thus Subscribed
