Your Conferees appointed to Conferr about and Consider the Bill
Entituled a Supplementary Act to the Act for the Ordering and regu-
lating the Militia &c having Considered the said Bill beg Leave to
propose the following Additions and Amendments thereto.
1st That a Clause be Added to require the Appointment of a Per-
son in each County by his Excellency the Governour or Commander
in Chief for the Time being to inspect and judge of the Arms in the
respective Counties as Occasion shall require who shall be impowered
to Issue Warrants for levying the Value of such as shall be injured
Against the forme of this Act &c.
