Leave to bring in a Bill to Record a Mortgage made Anno 1709
of a Tract of Land in Baltimore County called Batsons Forest by
Edward Batson, to the said Dallam, Rejected, the Petitioner not
having Complied with the Resolution of this House, made at a Ses-
sion of Assembly Anno 1731
Read the Petition of Several the Inhabitants of the Town of
Joppa in Baltimore County praying a Bill may be brought in to
appoint Commrs to dispose of the Lotts not formerly Taken up in
the said Town, and to dispose of the money clue to the said Town for
the Lotts taken up therein. Rejected
Read the Petition of James Maxwell and Ann Maxwell of Balti-
more County and Hannah Johns Relict and Devisee of Asel Max-
well Deceased praying Leave to bring in a Bill to make Valid the
Will of James Maxwell deceased, Rejected the Petition" not having
Complyed with the Resolution of this House made at a Session of
Assembly Anno 1731
