Supplementary Act to the Act for Repairing the Damages already
Sustained in the Records of the Land Secretarys Comyrs and
County Court Offices and for Security of the same Records for the
future.
For the Better Executing of the said Recited Act, Be it Enacted
by the Rt Honble the Lord Proprietary by and with the Advice and
Consent of his Lordship Governeur and the upper and Lower houses
of Assembly and the Authority of the same that Thos Bordley & Danll
Dulany Esqrs be added to the Commissioners already Appointed by
the said Act of Assembly to View and Examine the State of the
publick Records therein Mencofied and that the said former Com-
missioners (Except Mr Joseph Hill who is hereby Exempted from
his attendance thereon thro his bad state of health) and the said
Thomas Bordley and Danll Dulany or any three of them shall be and
are Impowered and Required to Execute the severall Powers &
Authorities Contained in the said Act, And be it further Enacted that

An Act to Enable Hugh Mathews to sell a Tract of Land lying in
Queen Ann's County Called Jones's Fancy whereof Dennis Sully-
van died Seized.
Whereas the said Dennis Sullyvan Administred on the Estate of
one Patrick Burke Late of Kent County deced upon which Admrcon
their appears by the Records of the Commissarys Office to Remain
due to the Representatives of the said Burke two hundred and
seventy four pounds Currt money & that the said Dennis as it is
alledged was Indebted to severall Other persons, and Whereas the
