bill to the Upper House by M^r Magruder & Maj^r Sprigg.
They return and say they Delivered the same
A Bill Entituled an Act for laying an Imposition of three pence
p Hogshead on all Tobacco to be Exported out of this Province for
the time therein Mentioned, Read the first and second time by an
Especial Order and Passed, And sent to the Upper House by Cap"
Hooper and M^r Allen, They return and say they Delivered the same.
