Gentlemen.
We have read and Considered your Message of Yesterday by Mr
Crabb and twelve more, and cannot Agree thereunto, it being against
the Rule of Natural Justice to pass the Bills therein mentioned with-
out due Notice Given to the Creditors of the Debtors in those Bills
that they intended to Apply to the Legislature for the Relief thereby
prayed.

tituled an Act for Emitting & making Current Seventy two Thou-
sand pounds Current Money of Maryland in Bills of Credit, thus
Endorsed.
