This House met again According to Adjournment

Present as in the Morning.
The following Message being prepared is sent to the Lower House
with the Prisoners Bills, by Geo. Plater Esqr

By the Upper house of Assembly 2d August 1732
Gentlemen.
We have read and Considered your Message of Yesterday by Mr
Crabb and twelve more, and cannot Agree thereunto, it being against
the Rule of Natural Justice to pass the Bills therein mentioned with-
out due Notice Given to the Creditors of the Debtors in those Bills
that they intended to Apply to the Legislature for the Relief thereby
prayed.

A Bill from the lower House by Mr Beale & twelve more En-
tituled an Act for Emitting & making Current Seventy two Thou-
sand pounds Current Money of Maryland in Bills of Credit, thus
Endorsed.

By the lower house of Assembly Augt 2d 1732
May it Please Your Honours
We have sent your Honours the bill for Emitting and making
Current Seventy two thousand pounds Current Money of Mary-
land in bills of Credit, and propose that Benja Tasker Esqr Mr Beale
& Mr Crabb be Commissioners or Trustees to put the Act in Execu-
tion on this side the Bay & Matthew Tilghman Ward Esqr Mr Hems-
ley and Mr Robins for the Eastern Shore wherein we desire your
Honours Concurrence if there be no objection to any of the Gentle-
men proposed if there be, this house will be ready to Joyn with your
Honours in nominating others.
