Gentlemen.
We have read and Considered your Message of Yesterday by M^r
Crabb and twelve more, and cannot Agree thereunto, it being against
the Rule of Natural Justice to pass the Bills therein mentioned with-
out due Notice Given to the Creditors of the Debtors in those Bills
that they intended to Apply to the Legislature for the Relief thereby
prayed.

May it Please Your Honours
We have sent your Honours the bill for Emitting and making
Current Seventy two thousand pounds Current Money of Mary-
land in bills of Credit, and propose that Benj^a Tasker Esq^r M^r Beale
& M^r Crabb be Commissioners or Trustees to put the Act in Execu-
tion on this side the Bay & Matthew Tilghman Ward Esq^r M^r Hems-
ley and M^r Robins for the Eastern Shore wherein we desire your
Honours Concurrence if there be no objection to any of the Gentle-
men proposed if there be, this house will be ready to Joyn with your
Honours in nominating others.
