Gentlemen
The bill herewith sent having much enlarged the Jurisdiction of
the Majestrates, and also greatly Augmented their Trouble, We
think it Just to make an allowance to the Majestrates & Constables
& likewise Conceive it prudent to make a short Tryal thereof and
therefore propose the Continuance thereof for three Years.
