At a Session of Assembly (by Prorogation from the the twenty
ninth Day of July last Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred
and thirty one) begun and held at the City of Annapolis on Thurs-
day the Nineteenth Day of August in the Year aforesaid in the
Seventeenth Year of the Dominion of the Right Honourable Charles
Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the Provinces of Maryland and
